Mark is an experienced professional ice skater and aerial silks artist from the UK, currently appearing on ITV’s Dancing on Ice. Mark is best known for his beautiful choreography, and is passionate about helping skaters reach their full potential.

Mark Hanretty is a former competitive ice dancer, and British/International medallist. Together with his wife Kathy, Mark runs Hanretty ice training camps. Mark is a BIS Qualified Level 3 Coach and Olympic level choreographer.
In 2022, Mark appeared in Freeze, the documentary series for BBC Three.
